What exactly is Tenda?
Tenda is a web sales workspace for African social sellers. It answers buyers from your catalog, keeps each order together, and queues payment prompts for your approval. WhatsApp and Instagram inboxes are not live yet.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The customer chat runs in the browser. Buyers ask about items, prices and stock, and choose a payment option, and you review the order.
Does Tenda move my buyers’ money?
No. Payment prompts wait in your approval queue and payment confirmation is recorded in your order book. Paystack checkout is in test mode, so no real money is collected yet.
Can I use my own price list?
Yes. Paste your price list on the chat page, then chat as your own customer. The assistant answers only from what you pasted, and nothing is saved while you try it.
